1. Service Description
MAS Pilot is a compliance automation platform built for government contractors holding GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracts. The portal provides validation tools, document generation, and regulatory guidance to support Transactional Data Reporting (TDR), contract modifications, and related Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) obligations.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use MAS Pilot only for lawful purposes related to your government contracting activities. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent access controls, or submit data you are not authorized to process. Each account is tied to a single organization and may not be shared across unrelated entities.
3. Data Handling
Contract data, pricing information, and validation results you submit are processed solely to deliver the compliance services described above. MAS Pilot does not sell, share, or monetize your data beyond what is necessary to operate the platform. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
4. FAR 4.703 Retention
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 4.703, contract-related records processed through MAS Pilot are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of final contract payment. This retention period applies to TDR submissions, validation results, audit trails, and associated compliance artifacts. You may request earlier deletion of non-contract data through your account settings.
5. Compliance Disclaimer
MAS Pilot provides compliance tools and automated validation to assist government contractors. However, MAS Pilot is not a legal advisor, auditor, or compliance certifier. Validation results are informational and do not constitute legal compliance certification. The contracting officer retains sole authority over all compliance determinations. You remain responsible for the accuracy of data submitted through the platform and for all regulatory obligations under your contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAS Pilot, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the Settings page. MAS Pilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activity that jeopardizes the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your data will be retained in accordance with the FAR 4.703 retention schedule described in Section 4, after which it will be permanently deleted.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
