Documentation

Everything here describes the product as it works today. Questions this page doesn't answer go to support@maspilot.io — or the in-app support form once you have access.

Getting access

MAS Pilot is invitation-gated: you request access, the team reviews your request (1–2 business days), and you receive an onboarding email to set your password. Multi-factor authentication is enrolled during activation — it's required, not optional, because your account holds contract and sales data.

Activating your contract

Activation is a five-step guided path: enroll MFA, connect your contract, confirm your TDR baseline, set your SIN reporting basis, and choose a plan.

  • SAM-backed contract setup. We pull your contract from SAM.gov — SINs, clauses, TDR participation — so the starting point is the government's record. If SAM is down you can enter details manually; hand-entered values are labeled contractor-attested rather than SAM-matched.
  • A909 baseline. The activation flow records where your contract stands on the A909/A914 TDR mass modifications, with plain-English explanations — including an honest “I don't know” path.
  • Cloud SINs. SINs like 518210C get a default Cloud Service Type so uploads can pre-fill and validate cloud rows.

TDR reporting

Upload transaction data for a reporting period and validation runs against your contract's SINs and the SRP's own rules — the goal is to catch what a rejection would catch, before you file.

  • Expert review. High-risk submissions are flagged for credentialed human review before release.
  • Deadline-tight? If a flagged submission collides with your SRP deadline, you can download immediately by signing a logged waiver of pre-release review — the expert review still happens afterward, and the waiver is part of your permanent record.
  • Zero-sales periods are filed through an attestation path, and missed past periods can be filed retroactively with validation against your contract's effective dates.
  • Your first reporting period is free — one complete cycle, no subscription required.

Modifications & mass mods

MOD Guard tracks GSA mass modifications against your contracts with deadlines and clause-level diffs, and shepherds contractor-initiated modifications — each mod type carries its required-document checklist, and everything passes internal review before it goes to GSA.

Billing

One subscription covers every module. Checkout and payment run on Stripe — card details never touch MAS Pilot. Manage your plan, payment method, and invoices from the billing page; if a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically and the billing page tells you exactly where things stand and how to fix them. See pricing for plans.

Security & audit trail

MFA is mandatory. Every consequential action — submissions, deliverables, waivers, modifications, billing events — is written to an append-only audit trail designed for the day a GSA auditor asks. You can see your organization's activity, dispute entries, and export the record from the Activity view. Data processing terms are in the DPA.

Support

In-app support intake routes straight to the team, or email support@maspilot.io. Platform health is public at /status.
